As Co-Founder and CEO of Aloe Care Health, he raised over $40 million from high-net-worth and institutional investors and led the company through its acquisition by Arlo Technologies (NYSE: ARLO).

As a Partner at TriCoastal since 2023, Ray helps identify, develop, and implement TriCoastal’s business opportunities and strategic partnerships, drawing on his experience in capital raising, deal structuring, and guiding founders and business owners through major transactions.
